Bill has exclusively been a workers’ compensation defense attorney since 1992. His practice proved to be an extension of his work and experience gained as a claim representative while simultaneously attending William Mitchell College of Law. Through his claims handling work, Bill gained valuable experience and insight from many of the wonderful people he still represents today. Bill believes that excellent customer service is the key to building long-lasting relationships with his clients. He’s quoted as saying, “People depend on us to provide quality legal service, which is a whole lot more than just knowing the law (which also helps).” Bill has been recognized by clients and colleagues as one of the leading and most respected attorneys in his field given his experience of over 30 years handling and defending workers compensation claims.
