Bill Goldman is a rock to his clients and his community. In his work as a litigator in both the criminal and civil courts, he is the embodiment of the Goldman Standard. He listens, he respects, he empowers, and he fights. For many of Bill’s clients, he is the first call when they have been arrested, injured, or abused. His calm demeanor, decades of experience, and detailed knowledge of the law instill confidence in clients who have sometimes given up hope. Bill listens to their story without judgment, guides them through their options, and ferociously fights for their rights and future. Bill is a native-born son of Bucks County and the Bucks County legal community. He began his career as a prosecutor in the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office before joining his father in private practice as a partner in the Goldman Law Firm. Bill is known and respected across the local and legal community for his professionalism, his dedication, and his service to the people of Bucks and Montgomery Counties. As a civil litigator, Bill has represented clients in both state and federal courts, achieving substantial verdicts and settlements. He has been recognized for numerous awards in the legal industry, and is a member of the elite Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum®. In criminal matters, Bill has invaluable experience on both sides. As a criminal defense lawyer, he has spent decades helping clients faced with everything from DUIs to major drugs offenses and homicides. With his insight, knowledge, and experience, he navigates the practical and legal challenges of criminal charges to minimize the impact on his client’s life and future. Outside of the office, Bill enjoys time with his entire family, including his 15 grandchildren. He loves the outdoors, nature, sports, and competition.
