Attorney William M. Slaughter is the founding partner of the firm. A trial attorney for 40 years, his practice focuses on commercial and real estate litigation, complex insurance defense cases (including insurance bad faith, personal injury, habitability and mold cases). He has arbitrated and tried dozens of cases to conclusion. Attorney Slaughter serves as a judge pro tem and provides mediation services on a private basis. Attorney Slaughter brings the same innovative and result-oriented approach to mediation that he does to litigation. He focuses heavily on pre-mediation preparation and aggressively pursuing resolution. Attorney William Slaughter has an excellent reputation as a lawyer across Southern California. He was given an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating possible) more than 25 years ago. He was named a “Super Lawyer” every year from 2009 through the most recent listing in 2017 and he was named as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” beginning in 2012.
