William S. Beatty is a lifelong resident of Madison County, Illinois. Mr. Beatty focuses his practice in the fields of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Workers’ Compensation, providing providing legal representation to clients who have been injured while on the job or as a result of negligence of others. He also represents families who have lost a loved one as result of motor vehicle collisions, product and equipment failure, and the failure to provide a safe workplace. Mr. Beatty represents many members of the building trades who have been injured as a result of unsafe working conditions. In connection with his representation of injured people, Mr. Beatty has tried cases to verdict in Madison County (Third Judicial Circuit), St. Clair County (Twentieth Judicial Circuit) and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. In connection with Mr. Beatty’s Workers’ Compensation practice, he has tried cases to conclusion in both Illinois and Missouri and has handled Appeals of Workers’ Compensation matters in Illinois and Missouri. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Beatty has appeared and handled cases before the Appellate Court of the State of Illinois (Fifth District), The Illinois Supreme Court, the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Missouri Industrial Commission.
