Wodlaire “Wood” Clervaud leads the executive operations department at The Clervaud Firm’s located in Downey. Centrally responsible for the business activities of the team members at the firm, Wood oversees the successful execution of the firm’s day-to-day business, ensuring that our clients receive legal services that consistently exceed their expectations. Moreover, Wood’s role includes being the Personal Injury Litigation Manager in our Personal Injury Department. His experience allows him to handle pre-litigation cases including Catastrophic injuries, Traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, slip & falls, motor vehicle accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents. Wood reviews all incoming cases, develops medical treatment plans for the clients, prepares demand packages for the insurance companies. Wood is a member of several associations, including Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). Wood graduated from Florida International University with his bachelor’s in health care and obtained a master’s degree in accountancy. Wood reached his lifelong dream by receiving his Juris Doctor from AZ Summit. In his spare time, Wood loves to spend time with his wife Krystle and daughter Harper. He loves to travel and him and wife are movie buffs.
