Yiyang Jiang

About Yiyang

Yiyang is an attorney licensed to practice in Illinois and Iowa. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked as a paralegal at Disparti Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers. Yiyang received his Juris Doctor from The University of Iowa College of Law in 2021 and his LL.M. from Emory University School of Law in 2018. As a law student, Yiyang took pleasure in doing research on public international law and brought a thorough presentation of the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War. He later joined Iowa Law’s Legal Clinic Program and served on its Civil & Employment Litigation Team, where he presented an educational program to psychotherapists regarding new medical record laws. Yiyang considered it a prestigious honor to join the Legal Clinic’s campaign to help people living in mobile homes fight unreasonable rent increases and potential eviction during the COVID pandemic.
