About Zachary
Zachary (Zack) Moulton is a native of Aiken County and joined Maxwell Law Firm in 2017 as an associate attorney. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2012 and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2015. He was inducted into the Order of the Wig and Robe and the Order of the Coif. Zack is a member of both the South Carolina and North Carolina bars. He focuses on Plaintiffs personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, dog bite/attack cases, and slip and fall cases, and also handles probate and estate planning matters. He serves as the Second Circuit Representative for the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division and on the South Carolina Bar Probate, Estate, and Trust Council. He is also a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice.
