About Zachary

Zack focuses his practice in representing non-profit and for profit corporations in a variety of areas with an emphasis on employment and administrative issues. Zack has represented a variety of employers in all manner of employment issues, including discrimination claims, harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, FMLA disputes, ADA claims, and other wrongful termination claims and issues. Zack has handled employment claims at the administrative level and in state and federal district courts. Zack routinely consults with businesses on litigation avoidance and best practices which includes reviewing or preparing employee handbooks, reviewing corporate policies and procedures, and advising on corporate governance and structure. Zack is licensed to practice in all Utah state and appellate courts. Montana state district court, and Utah federal district courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Zack is a member of the National Diocesan Attorney Association which advises Catholic churches across the country and is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel which is an invitation only national association of defense counsel for corporate clients.
