At the moment that A.K. was on the dock walking towards the boat, the sea wall split in half and the dock started to fall in the water. A.K. injured in knee as he lunged for the boat before the dock collapsed below him. A.K. required knee surgery. He unfortunately developed a serious neurological condition known as RSD.
