The client was a passenger in the defendant's vehicle, when parking inside a well-known local Las Vegas casino parking garage (second defendant), the defendant's driver did not stop the car and crashed into a concrete wall of the parking garage which gave way and caused their vehicle to fall three floors down and land on the roof of another car.
