A California jury ordered Monsanto to pay a married couple $2 billion in punitive and $55 million in compensatory damages after they were diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma allegedly caused by Roundup products. Monsanto was found to have engaged in malice, oppression, or fraud.
