Verdict in favor of a Cape Coral man after State Farm proposed a settlement of only $50,000 for injuries and damages caused by an underinsured motorist. Dennis Lesavich sustained injuries to the connective tissues of his neck and back when the pickup truck he was driving was rear-ended by another pickup in February 2015 on McGregor Boulevard in south Fort Myers. Lesavich was unable to continue in his job as a traveling salesman after the crash.
