Case Details
The at-fault driver ran a stop sign in front of our client, causing our client to T-bone the at-fault driver. The at-fault driver was untruthful about how the accident occurred, but the electronic data downloaded from his vehicle proved our client’s version as to how the crash occurred.
Additional Notes
The insurer for the at-fault party made no pre-suit offers. We filed suit and ultimately recovered the full $500,000 insurance policy limits, including the full limits from two insurers for the at-fault party and the full limits from our client’s own uninsured/underinsured motorist carrier.
