Case Details

Wrongful Death caused by a rear-end collision by a tractor-trailer on the interstate. The defendant tractor-trailer driver took his eyes off of the road for an extended period of time. The driver failed to notice the Plaintiff’s vehicle, failed to keep a proper lookout, and violently struck the Plaintiff’s vehicle, causing it to burst into flames. Due to the damage by the impact, the Plaintiff became trapped inside, burning to death.
