Our client was in her own lane when another driver turned in front of her from the wrong lane. This caused a t-bone collision. Client initially attempted chiropractic care. When that failed, an MRI revealed disc herniations in her neck. Client underwent a C5-6 disk arthroplasty. She is recovering well and able to continue with her daily activities. The case settled prior to litigation for insurance policy limits of $110,000.00.
