Jury determined that Rogatenko and AJD were 10 percent negligent and Kahkashan and Sangha 90 percent negligent. Kahkashan was required to pay $86,000,000 to Dzion’s parents for compensatory damages. The court ordered AJD to pay $16,000,000 in emotional distress damages and $900 million in punitive damages.
