The impact of the collision was so severe that our client was knocked off his bicycle into the air and landed in the roadway. Due to the golf cart driver’s failure to adhere to standard traffic regulations and exercise due caution, our client was tragically killed. Our office is pursuing a wrongful death action on behalf of the surviving family.
