This is a case where we were able to show that a traumatic brain injury without loss of consciousness can still be very damaging to a person's career and everyday life. With a great deal of preparation, we were also able to show that the defense’s medical expert was not credible. The pretrial settlement offer from the defense to our client was only $50,000 but we fought for and secured a final verdict of $2.3 million.
