Case Details
Our client was driving through an intersection when another driver ran a red light and crashed into their vehicle. The impact caused serious whiplash and a lower back injury, leading to ongoing pain and the need for medical treatment and therapy. To make matters worse, the at-fault driver had no insurance, which created a major roadblock for receiving compensation. Despite having their own Personal Injury Protection (PIP) policy, our client quickly realized that the minimum $10,000 limit wouldn’t be enough to cover all expenses.
