Case Details
Client was severely injured in crash on I-95 near Gateway Boulevard when a semi truck moved into his lane, ultimately turning the client’s vehicle sideways and pinned against the front of the tractor. In addition, it was shown that the Defendant driver was using a cell phone at the time of the crash. Client sustained neck and low back injuries which required past surgeries with additional surgeries needed in the future.
