Client was rear-ended in stop-and-go traffic on I-78 near the Stone Mountain exit. Sustained bursitis in the hip, four herniated discs in the neck causing spinal cord compression, facet joint syndrome in the back, and required neck surgery and facet injections. Vehicle was totaled.
