The $300 million settlement agreement was negotiated by the Plaintiffs’ Negotiating Committee on behalf of approximately 2,500 individuals. Olmesartan Medoxomil was linked to sprue-like enteropathy and other severe side effects. Opt-in Deadline for eligible enrollees was September 15, 2017.
