Case Details
A young father was killed in a collision between a waste management truck and a heating and air conditioning truck. Both drivers were at fault: one abruptly pulled into a left turn lane, and the other was following too closely and rear-ended the first truck, pushing it into oncoming traffic where it struck the client's vehicle head-on. The man was survived by his wife and three young sons.
