David Ellsworth smoked R.J. Reynolds cigarettes for over 40 years and died from cancer. R.J. Reynolds was found liable for not warning consumers of dangers and concealing documents. Jury assessed 100% fault to the tobacco company despite Ellsworth being 50% at fault.
