Mr. Caulder represented a hard-working engineer who had over $1 million saved for retirement and a paid-off home. The representation involved the client’s separation from a controlling and manipulative woman. Although she initially refused to leave our client’s home, Mr. Caulder was able to negotiate a settlement in our client’s favor that allowed our client to keep over 80% of his retirement savings as well as his home.
