Lawsuit filed in Middlesex County Superior Court by J. Tucker Merrigan and Matthieu Parenteau. Incident occurred on June 21, 2024, when Minh-Thi Nguyen was struck by a box truck on Hampshire Street in Cambridge. Truck failed to yield right of way. Driver did not stop until bystander intervened. Minh-Thi was a PhD student at MIT and a quantum physics prodigy.
