The award included $120,000 in economic damages for medical treatment and $630,000 in general damages. Robert Tallman was later convicted of third-degree sexual abuse and his chiropractic license was revoked. The clinic owner, Glenn Gaumer, settled a case with the victim earlier for an undisclosed amount.
