Case Details
The Missouri Supreme Court ruled in favor of a CVDL client pursuing a discrimination claim alleging she was wrongly fired from her job when she required the use of her guide dog. The Supreme Court agreed that no valid arbitration agreement existed, clearing the way for the case to go to trial.
