Philadelphia family agreed to a $10.5 million dollar settlement after filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the construction company (Agate Construction Company, Inc.) responsible for a worker's death at the Pier 78 Rehabilitation Project. The worker fell through an uncovered hole with inadequate lighting.
