A 10-year-old boy was seriously injured when a Ruan Trucking Company semi-truck was stolen from a southside parking lot. Jeremy proved that the Trucking Company was negligent in their security of the truck. The driver had left the keys in the ignition, which allowed a thief to steal the truck who then crashed into Jeremy’s client’s vehicle.
