Case Details

Client lived at a large apartment complex. After returning home from work one evening, the client slipped and fell on ice on the sidewalk on the way to her apartment. The sidewalks had been poorly cleared of snow and ice. Client fractured her elbow requiring surgery. Complications from the surgery resulted in permanent restrictions in her use of her hand.
