Our client was injured exiting a piece of machinery in a factory setting. The employer initially disputed the accident and periodically refused to pay benefits. We intervened and helped our client receive vocational rehabilitation and return to school to complete his degree. In addition to receiving a lump sum settlement, our client retained his rights to future medical treatment at the expense of the employer.
