Case Details
The Indiana Supreme Court issued its Opinion in State v. Brian Taylor, overturning, in part, a lower court's order which suppressed testimony of police officers who eavesdropped on a confidential conversation between the defendant and his attorney. The Supreme Court condemned the eavesdropping but remanded the case to determine specific inadmissible testimony.
Additional Notes
Attorneys David Payne and Craig Braje represented Mr. Taylor. The case was remanded to the LaPorte Superior Court #1 for further proceedings.
