A tractor-trailer driver overshot his destination as he attempted to complete his delivery and decided to put his vehicle in reverse instead of circling around or completing a U-turn. Tragically, he drifted across the center lane and into oncoming traffic, where an oncoming husband and father could not take evasive action in time and suffered fatal injuries.
