settlement for wheel-off case. Client sustained injuries including traumatic brain injury, neck injury requiring two (2) fusion surgeries, and low back injuries. After a young lady had her vehicle repaired at a local dealership and a local tire store, her wheel dislodged while she was traveling on the highway. The wheel came over the median and through the windshield of the vehicle carrying our client.
