Case Details
Neck pain, whiplash / soft tissue neck injuries and head injury to automobile passenger in rear end auto crash. A woman was the front seat passenger in a vehicle driven by her mother. Our client’s seat back broke as a result of the impact, and the seat was laying flat after the crash. The crash caused our client persistent neck pain, concussion symptoms of headaches and forgetfulness, and the inability to concentrate.
Additional Notes
The car our client was in was stopped at a red light, when a teenage driver failed to slow or stop and hit the car from behind. The teenage driver should have been paying attention to the road in front of her - there were cars on the road stopped at the red light, and her car insurance had to pay for the damage she caused. Our client’s case settled out of court.
