Our client was a passenger in a car and she did not know the driver was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. After a horrific accident, our client had to get hip surgery. The insurance company blamed our client for being in the car with a drunk driver and disputed her injuries. We filed a lawsuit and were able to push them to settle the case for a fair amount.
