Our client, an athletic, active salesman, fractured his neck in a head on collision in which the driver of the car in which he was a passenger hit a telephone pole head-on. Unfortunately, he had no health insurance at the time and there were hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills from fusion surgery the day after the accident. After a few years we were able to find multiple insurance policies to cover and the client was fortunate enough to receive just under one million dollars. Thankfully, he also made a good physical recovery and we were able to negotiate his medical bills down and pay everything so he has perfect credit today.
