Settlement with Interstate Waste Services, Inc. for the family of Ximena Alexandra Aguilar Andrade, a 43-year-old pedestrian and mother of three, who was struck and killed in a crosswalk by a trash truck in Belleville, New Jersey. The driver of the trash truck stated that he never saw the pedestrian, who was walking in the crosswalk, before he hit her. The incident was captured on video and was settled after two days of mediation.
