A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries, including a brain injury and numerous broken bones, after being struck by a motorist making a left-hand turn. Attorneys Mark Tourgee and Joanna Achille recovered the full policy limits from the at-fault motorist and uninsured motorist limits.
