Case Details
An Iowa County woman was killed in a car accident. She was survived by her husband and three children. The driver of the vehicle in which she was a passenger ran a stop sign and was struck by a milk hauling truck. Investigation revealed that the truck was operating with malfunctioning brakes in violation of numerous federal commercial vehicle regulations.

Eisenberg Law Offices, S.C. sued the vehicle driver, the trucking company and the hospital for which the woman worked and successfully convinced an Iowa County Judge that hospital insurance was available to pay for damages. The woman’s husband and children recovered damages for her wrongful death and for pecuniary loss sustained as a result of her death.
