Obese pregnant woman with twins went to ER with PE symptoms, misdiagnosed and sent home. Returned with worse symptoms, again misdiagnosed. Later suffered cardiac arrest during delivery due to epidural, losing one twin and remaining in a vegetative state. Bennett Johnson argued for immediate PE treatment.
