An injured worker ("John") suffered multiple back injuries. The insurance company initially denied further care, but Bob Wisniewski litigated the case, and the judge ruled in favor of John, awarding him surgery and further medical care.

Judge rejected the insurance company doctor’s clearly biased opinion. John was then awarded his surgery. It took more than 8 to 10 months of delay and litigation, during which time John wasn’t able to get the medical care and treatment he needed. He went backward in his care and dealt with stress of litigation.
