Man was charged with a fourth lifetime OVI allegation as well as a left of center violation and facing up to 365 days in jail, up to a $2,750.00 fine, a license suspension of up to 10 years with no limited driving privileges for 180 days, immediate seizure of vehicle, potential forfeiture of vehicle, yellow plates; ignition interlock device being required and 6 points on his operator's license. After extensive investigation by the defense, factors were discovered creating doubt to the man's impairment and being charged with OVI. The case was REDUCED to a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
