Man was charged with his third lifetime OVI charge and refusing to take a breath test (State OVI), was facing up to 180 days in jail, up to a $1,625.00 fine, up to a 5 year operator's license suspension, being required to have the ignition interlock device and yellow plates on his vehicle as well as six additional points on his driver's license - The case was tried to a jury who found him - NOT GUILTY.
