A uniform delivery driver injured his back and was forced to undergo surgery due to the negligence of warehouse employees. Our client was at a warehouse to make a uniform delivery. Employees of the warehouse knew some of their cabinets were not properly secured to the wall and could potentially fall over during the course of work. The uniform deliveryman opened a cabinet to retrieve dirty linens, when the unsecured cabinet fell onto his back. We obtained 1.5 Million Dollars for his injuries.
