Case Details
Client was rear ended while driving his vehicle in heavy traffic. Although the damage to his vehicle seemed minimal, we were able to show that the impact to the bumper was significant, causing severe neck injuries. We were able to obtain the policy limits from the at-fault driver and from the client’s UIM policy.
