SHADE VS THE CITY OF FULLERTON - The City of Fullerton was found to be liable by failing to correct an unsafe condition in the roadway. As a result of the unsafe conditions a young boy was struck by an oncoming vehicle while crossing the street. The young boy suffered severe brain injuries as a result of the accident.
