Case Details
We represented a woman who was thrown from a horse at a Charreada (Mexican rodeo). Insufficient safety precautions were taken to prevent spectators from being given horse rides by Vaqueros (cowboys). Our client suffered a broken pelvis.

The rodeo’s insurance claimed it did not cover injuries by animals, and we worked with insurance bad faith attorneys to secure a settlement for a portion of the default judgment.
