Case Details
JW was struck and killed by a commercial truck while crossing the street in a designated cross walk. The driver of that truck fled the scene but through efforts of Justice Law and law enforcement, the responsible party was found. This verdict brought Justice to this very nice family and held the at fault trucking company responsible for their conduct.
